We invest in extensive technical training, including schools sponsored by the National Wood Flooring Association. Our tradesmen wear company uniforms and drive company trucks. Our owner or foreman is on site daily, which keeps communication clear and gives you a constant point of contact.
4. The owner inspects every floor
When your project is complete, owner Brian Zunno inspects your floor personally to make sure the work meets our standards of quality.
5. We show up on time
Too many contractors have a reputation for being late and not seeming to care. We know your time is at a premium, so punctuality is one of our highest priorities, from the first estimate appointment to the day we finish.
6. Fully insured and bonded
Floormaster LLC is fully insured and bonded, with full liability and workers' compensation insurance. We never foresee a problem, but if an accident occurs, your property is protected. You're welcome to ask for our certificates any time workers are in your home. Always make sure anyone working in your home carries their own coverage.
